love covers a multitude of sins.

two and a half months later,

made it through my six weeks at war eagle. made it through six weeks at kanakuk. made it to five weddings. made it to the new home for the next year. made it to senior year.

and if there's anything i've learned about that i cannot fully express into coherent thought or paragraph yet after this summer, it's about love. self-sacrificial, selfless love for children that means laying down your life for three months for them to see the love of Christ. "looking into the eyes of people who love us may be the clearest glimpse of God many of us get in this world." being able to witness two people being binded as one through Christ for the betterment of His kingdom, of His heaven on earth. love that started with Him being nailed to the cross on our behalf once and for all. and the love that continually draws me on my knees at His feet, at His cross for strength in weakness, for light in darkness, for peace in the valley. a love that creates perfect unity. a love that covers a multitude of sins.

i love the expression of love. i love love spoken. i love love unspoken. i just love love. God is love. i love my God. that love has become more real and more tangible with me this summer--the springboard for what God and love has in store for every moment of this final year in college. i cannot wait. oh and i cannot wait to be married (but that's just another thing altogether).

beginning of the end? shoot, a new beginning from the end of a beginning. LOVE IT.

stories from kamp, coming soon. pictures from kamp, dabomb.com just double click. i am incredibly blessed, period. never let me tell you anything else.
