it's day four in texarkana. i love the slower pace in the city, the leisurely pace taken in doing everything. my stomach has been stuffed constantly with good southern home cooking. i've gotten at least eight hours of sleep every day which is more than i probably get in two nights. the michalls family have been amazing hosting me so far--i love them all a lot. my wallet has suffered from shopping around town but i must say it's a good trade. movies and girls galore which i just don't appreciate quite enough until it occurs. some of the dear UA girls are coming over for tv and coffee--i'm looking forward to it. life is wonderful.
i don't think i could have asked for more for a spring break. for my last real break before the end of school and over seven weeks of camp. seriously. what a remedy for a go-getter like me.
